Please for the love of God fix the biometric login. I set it for biometric login and then when I go to log in the next day it's turned itself offand have to type in my password. The app is fine as far as everything else go, but keeping the facial recognition as the method of login has got to be fixed. I've never had a banking app that had as many problems with that working like it should.

The new website is WAY better than old, no longer seems like the Bank of Bedrock but depositing checks has now been nearly impossible when taking a pic of back of checks

Great staff, always so helpful. Been banking there forever and very satisfied with everything but the new app. Hate it! Used to be easy to see transactions and amounts, and now it's all muddled together on one side of the page. Amounts used to be separate from the description, now you have to hunt for everything. Previous app had a better layout, more convenient to utilize. And you didn't have to keep pressing "more" to see all transactions. Bring back the old app!
