Hey, guyz u got a problem in app that needed to be fixed which is that u made a policy that a user cannot screenshot but how the hell I am supposed to report the transaction, it says show the screenshot, if I am unable to get transaction. Please fix these. It's a lot of hassle, and I might switch to another bank if it doesn't get fixed. I hope your guys fixed this flaw

I have forgotten my password and I want to recover it but whenever I try to recover it. After verifying the number and when the time comes of account number it shows that there is problem, and I can not recover my account 😭.
