An OK start for an app which could be useful for this service. As long as the information is updated often and it is accurate. It has improved somewhat, and now if I am close certain pages I can access parts like my ticket without Internet. This small company has an ok app which works at least - for me.

The app is alright, Considering it's a small local bus company. It has the route info, and you can buy tickets, it's pretty similar to the website but has an interface that works better on mobile

This app has a lot of potential. There are a few things that can be improved, as at current it's not good in comparison to other companies' apps. The ticket section is adequate, and so is the journey planner. Tickets are only adults and there's no options for groups/children. Where are the live times/map? Other apps by Rise Media do this; including nearby Cent rebus's app. It would be a great help when waiting for the bus, especially if you're more rural and don't have live displays at the stop.

Tells you about *some* planned service updates, but almost every single time I need to get the bus in the evening, it will just randomly not be running and there won't be a single update about it or explanation as to why it's not running... absolutely useless and made me late so many times.
