I just downloaded this app, and it was very easy to set up my new digital account. I still have the original card and account, which had an unlimited monthly pass on it. I will stop using the monthly pass this month and keep the card handy as back-up. Beginning next month I want to switch to discounted rides and purchase them as I need them. I have not been using transit as much as I used to. Using discounted rides seems the most valuable option for my situation right now. This digital Norway card app makes it very easy to purchase rides within seconds using my credit card on file. The app generates a QR code to enter the bus and for 60 minute transfers.

This app is seems to have almost no concern for UX. My session has expired? Ok, I better log in while I stand in a twenty-person queue at the front of the bus. App needs to be updated? Sorry folks give me a minute. Code won't scan, I'll just wiggle my phone around until it hopefully works. Oh, and now my twenty seconds are up, I'll make a new code. Did anyone working on this app TRY it? -don't log users out -allow scanning with an outdated version -allow moving the QR on around the screen -60s

Worst transit app I've ever used. Billed me twice on a single QR code scan, and the info entry UI is hot garbage (why does it delete the entire email field after an incorrect password?). Inconsistent and they should just switch to Presto already.

Terrible so far, I try to create an account, and it tells me it will send me a confirmation email which I have not received on any of the 4 emails I tried to use to make an account, and then it tells me I can't log in to any of them. If I try it says I'm not registered. So I try to recreate the account, and then it sends an email that says I am registered already. Pls fix this.
