Terrible app for a terrible bus system, app never works, the system to pay when you get on the bus never works, and the drivers are idiots who blame me for when the app doesn't work

Unable to log in to my account. Says that It's logged onto another device?? Solution was to reset the password

App was functional until late February. No longer able to reload my card, add funds, or access my transit wallet. Whenever I try to open the app every page says an error occurred and nothing else shows up... Should have just kept the paper passes, the app is very inconvenient for transit users.
