Told me I was logged into too many devices, so I had to reset my password only for the app to tell me that my account has "exceeded transfers and is now locked". Thanks.

★☆☆☆☆ Mike Perron · Jul 19, 2026

This is a pretty non-functional app. Logs you out random at times. Doesn't accept credit card numbers that are correct. Very slow and unresponsive. I really hope that Timmons Transit doesn't have to pay to use this service. It's terrible, it's like I wrote the app, and I have no experience programming apps. If I could rate it as zero I would.

Terrible app for a terrible bus system, app never works, the system to pay when you get on the bus never works, and the drivers are idiots who blame me for when the app doesn't work
