4 Faster funding claim is based on a comparison of the Pathward, National Association, policy of making funds available upon receipt of payment instruction versus the typical banking practice of posting funds at settlement. I got this card to help me with my bills, and it's easy to reload there at the store I haven't had not too many problems with it not too long ago I add it on my bank account direct deposit for one of my bills that goes through this card

When I first got the acct, I was able to do debit to debit transfers from an outside bank acct to my HEB debit acct. Recently, I've started getting errors to either call customer service or to contact my outside bank. I have contacted both outside banks, & NEITHER bank shows an attempt to have funds pulled from the accts. I have also contacted HEB Debit customer service number in the error message & on the back of the card. They've been LITTLE helped. They are to be researching. Time will tell.

This bank is a joke it should not be in business. I never heard of a bank blocking your account for a simple money transfer. Wait hours on the phone to get absolutely nowhere with customer service. They tell you to send the documents you sent a thousand times before. Why have features you can't use with a fraudulent alert? Will be closing this account.
