Silly app! So-called "security" to bar people from taking their own money. Never have I grovelled so much and jumped through so many hoops to take my own money. Mobile security key, this browser is not trusted, email verification, sms verification, second password, ID card, DOB, biometrics verification, used on too many devices already, exceeded daily transfer limit, you don't have a valid mobile number, please come to our branch. Not to mention, the frequent crashes and maintenance.

Hang Seng app is really difficult to use. Comparing with db's app, Hang Seng app feels like an old-fashioned bank application designed in 1990. Payment and transfer is very difficult to use, adjusting transfer limit for paying kid's tuition or transfer some money to friends is a nightmare. It also doesn't allow me to take screenshot, can't share things I saw on the screen with my family anymore. Just terrible.

Got a blank screen after tapping the Log on button, the password input screen will show up after several minutes or up to more ten minutes!
