Unwieldy navigation but worst of all is the on-screen keyboard covers the text box preventing the user viewing what's being typed! If you are reading, Mr useless Hang Seng Android developer, use adjust Resize, which shrinks the app window so everything fits above the keyboard, or learn to write apps that doesn't use Web view. Good grief!

After update, I can't access my account any more through the apps. The so-called security updates are unnecessary but block users to access their own accounts.

Silly app! So-called "security" to bar people from taking their own money. Never have I grovelled so much and jumped through so many hoops to take my own money. Mobile security key, this browser is not trusted, email verification, sms verification, second password, ID card, DOB, biometrics verification, used on too many devices already, exceeded daily transfer limit, you don't have a valid mobile number, please come to our branch. Not to mention, the frequent crashes and maintenance.
