★★★★★ The hypnosis sessions offer a variety of options and I have found them to be super effective. They help decrease my anxiety levels several notches and improve my sleep. I find them especially helpful for when I wake up too early and need to fall back to sleep. They are not silver bullet solution, but I find the app to be an extremely useful tool to add to my tool belt. Would love if they added sessions on nightmares (to phobias list) and posture (to peak performance list).

★★★★★ This Hypnosis app is absolutely hands down the best app out there. This app stopped my 36-year smoking habit in its tracks. Very few if any withdrawal symptoms. My smoking habit simply just went away with minimal effort. I use it every other day for many of the other benefits it offers. There's something for everyone in this app. For those skeptics just use the trial and have an open mind about it. You have nothing to lose. Thank you, Darren and Harmony for changing my life 👍♥️♥️♥️

★★☆☆☆ I just paid for the year subscription, but I can't log in. When they sent me an emai at 11:27, so I could reset my password and I clicked on the reset button at 11:28, it said my time had expired. Are you kidding me? Nothing I have tried has worked... I even restarted my phone in case it was that. If trying to listen to relaxing meditations is going to cause me this much stress, I'd like my money back.

★★☆☆☆ Every time I try downloading a session to try it the app keeps stopping on me

★★☆☆☆ Not been able to download any of the files on my device yet. Not been able to use it at all. Frustrating !

★★☆☆☆ Not fascinating. I could get the same experience for free & with interesting video on YouTube.
