Great hypnoses for a many varieties of goals. Would benefit from more ways to order the hypnosis within the application. The meditations / hypnoses vary quite a bit in time/duration. Would be good to have that more obvious. But the quality and guidance is well above average. Maybe make one dedicated to letting go of video gaming? This is, next to problems with internet behavior, quite a theme for many people and people can have troubles with to let go. Seeing life itself as a challenge and play.

The hypnosis sessions offer a variety of options, and I have found them to be super effective. They help decrease my anxiety levels several notches and improve my sleep. I find them especially helpful for when I wake up too early and need to fall back to sleep. They are not silver bullet solution, but I find the app to be an extremely useful tool to add to my tool belt. Would love if they added sessions on nightmares (to phobias list) and posture (to peak performance list).

Used Harmony for a few years now & love it. Not only to help me manage the intensity of my work & caseload, but also for health, well-being & goal setting in my personal life... I've even been known to sneak in a quick short relaxation session in the car between meetings. ✨️💃✨️... nothing quite like a reboot in the middle of a working day! . Love everything about the sessions & the choice there is depending on what's going on through this journey called life ✨️. Can fully recommend this App.

Background music fades in and out. The background music changes and gets louder and quieter throughout the hypnosis session, and this is incredibly distracting and does not allow you to remain easily in a state of hypnosis.

Can't open it half the time. Paid the yearly just a few months ago, and it doesn't show. Wanting to download another part, and it tells me have to subscribe
