Can't get the App to work. It keeps on warning (with a grammar error) about using 3rd party keyboard, I'm using Microsoft Swift keyboard which is safe. I expect more from HSBC, this reduced my confidence in the organization over all.

Dreadful. Refuses to launch with Gboard active and forces the user to change it. Once in, you are greeted by a counter-intuitive user interface that can only be understood through trial and error. I have also been told that initial currency rates are not live and only updated just before completing a conversion. I have managed to convert currency with it, so it works, but visiting a bank branch on a busy afternoon would have been quicker.

Absolute garbage. Crashes constantly. Can't use 3rd party keyboard, however even with uninstalling those this app still crashes constantly. Bug-ridden garbage that clearly can't be trusted when you're dealing with currency exchange transactions. HSBC should remove this app immediately. It's embarrassing how bad it is.
