Loan example:
For a 180-day loan of ₹10,000, the annual interest rate is 12%,

Interest = ₹10,000 * 12% / 365 * 180 = ₹592;

Processing fee = ₹360;

Consumption tax = ₹360 * 18% = ₹64.8;

The total amount to be paid = loan amount + interest + handling fee + GST = ₹10,000 + ₹592 + ₹360 + ₹64.8 = ₹11,016.8;

APR = (₹11,016.8-₹10,000) / ₹10,000 / 180 * 365 = 20.6%;
