This is a fantastic app for injury prevention and rehabilitation, interactive and easy to use, for me, it has meant I am pain free even though I have chronic back and knee problems.

It was not until I downloaded the app and provided my email that the developer offered me a "free week" of the "pro" version that I was able to see this app required a subscription to use. Now I am constantly getting spam email from them asking me to subscribe to the app even after asking to be unsubscribed from their mailing list.
