5/8/2022 update to 4 stars. I thought I had already updated to 4 stars some months ago but guess I forgot. App now reports fan status as to running high, med, low, and off. Recent bug is fixed also. Would be 5 stars if fan control were added and HMI improved to consolidate more visibility into system status. But it's pretty good now. 7/13/22 Updating from 1 star to 3 stars. Still not as good as the old app (yet) but at least the features that it does have are working now.

This app allows me to control my Luxaire AC from my tablet while laying on my couch or from anywhere around the house or around the world. The app replicates most of important features of our Luxaire touchscreen thermostat which very convenient.

This is simply a faulty app. Login fails. Resetting the password simply DOES NOT work at all. No recovery email was ever sent. I even created a new login with a new email... still no joy. After 30 minutes in the phone cue (twice), the service techs at York or Johnson Controls were of no help either. I like the A/C system the thermostat and this app are no good at all. I'm tempted to buy a Nest Thermostat. They have much better reviews and online service.

Keep having to enter id/password. Does not send emails. All I can do with the app is switch between heat and cool and adjust the temp, that's it. I have a Coleman system.
