App works well and is easy to use. You can override a specific detector as needed. It misses an important settings option to override phone vibrate mode, so even during the night, when the phone is in vibrate mode, this app can send notifications with sound. Risco - please fix this issue.

It's good, but I have a suggestion to improve the app. When I get alarm sound notification it's not loud. Can you change it in more loud music, or we can change it by ourselves? Another thing is I see in de app ""Device Fault - Com. Module (GSM)""" 21x a day. Every single day since I use the app.

Usually reliable but a) buttons very small to turn on/off alarm and b) no way to save or print terms of use / privacy documents, in the app, so can only read the small print!

I have used Risco products for a very long time, even before the Risco rebrand. Products are top-notch and reliable. The Risco App has always performed very well for me and my users. There have been a few small issues over the years, but this is normal for all cloud based apps I feel, and are mainly down to Internet connection issues, so I have sim backup for when this occasionally happens. I totally trust the app and the Risco brand and would highly recommend it.

After getting latest version of UI v.8.0 Android 16 irisco is malfunctioning. I cannot arm/disarm security system from my phone. Why? Any changes? I liked the software.

Sound enhancement does not work! It stays silent on alarm activations. The old version was much better. Since the update September 2025, notification sounds are sporadic and emergency alerts do not sound like in the old app with loud tones to alert you. Interface on new app is rubbish and too cluttered. Please fix emergency notifications to be loud, continuous and unmissable.
