I keep trying to reset my password, hitting the forgot password it then asks for your e-mail put this in, and it says e-mail had been sent to reset my password never receive any e-mail to reset my password

Its one of those subscriptions (where they increase price) but IF you can afford it and ignore all the guff you read on the Internet about China & Risco (Theorists normally don't have facts) THIS APP and the security systems sold installed and monitored by SMART & SECURE HOMES are absolutely EXCELLENT! WHEN OR IF you ever have one of those days when DISTRACTION occurs-that phone call telling you your child is ill etc-you can arm it all remotely as soon as your brain kicks in!

My company (Wm Bradley & Co Ltd) has installed many Lightsys 2 and Lightsys+ alarm systems (we currently maintain over 300 systems using the Free Control app) and we haven't had any complaints about the app itself. We have found it to strike a perfect balance between being user-friendly and feature-rich. I can only assume the negative reviews on here relate to issues with poorly or incorrectly installed systems, not the Free Control app.

I have an in-app message that this is now a subscription service? What is happening? I invested hundreds in the Risco product to secure my home remotely with remote web access to monitor status. This is key to my home security. A switch to "subscription" on the integral app, if true, is blackmail, holding the security of my home (and the heavy investment made) to ransom. Please explain this message.

Suddenly the panel is disconnected since Sept 5th. Local installer has no clue about how to fix it. Risco Spain pointed me to the local installer. Loop mode, ping pong mode. Annoying.

Now getting notifications when another household member switches the alarm on or off. Not great if this is done late at night/early in the morning as its disrupting sleep. I cannot mute notifications from free control as if I'm away from home overnight I want to know if my house alarm goes off, but I'm having to mute to not get disturbed by these irritating £ unnecessary notifications which have only recently started. Please remove this function which serves no purpose. Keep for alarm going off.
