I love the alarm system, the app, and the video doorbell, but the doorbell time has not changed still on summer. I've been on to you but still not sorted. Time stamp still not changed so obviously no update yet. What's happening with the time stamp still not fixed, going on a month now.

Alarm went off, I entered the password on the keypad with my wireless button wrong password it said, I entered password manually the keypad locked, rang both numbers o answer turned off the power to the house just to turn the bloody thing off

Terrible connection to the app. Camera not compatible with 5g network. Black boxes instead of recordings, repetitive recordings and can't connect to live view. Customer care promising to install different type of recorder which should resolve it and despite calling them few times nobody contacting me back. Keep away...
