I can only recommend Network Security and the app itself. On several occasions I lost Internet connection and not even 5 minutes later the monitoring center is calling me asking to confirm that everything is fine (false alarm) and confirmation password. Also, once I didn't answer the phone twice (completely busy with phone calls so went under the radar) and Garda showed up at my door :)) I was like woowww?! Better safe than sorry right 👍👍 Anyway, 5* from me!

I love the alarm system, the app, and the video doorbell, but the doorbell time has not changed still on summer. I've been on to you but still not sorted. Time stamp still not changed so obviously no update yet. What's happening with the time stamp still not fixed, going on a month now.

Notifications don't work... although you can set up an email and every changes on the panel it will send an email... hopefully this feature will br enables soon... I reported this already, and they have inform me that this feature is not available. A little notification helps a lot

Alarm went off, I entered the password on the keypad with my wireless button wrong password it said, I entered password manually the keypad locked, rang both numbers o answer turned off the power to the house just to turn the bloody thing off

App does not work all the time. My panel is broken, and it's my only way of turning the alarm on and off. And often it does not work resulting in an alarm sounding for long periods
