Great customer service overall great app i just wish that more of the bikes would be charged so that the pedal assist would be useful but other than that great app.

Good potential but a lot of development required! The app is easy to use however the QR code do not work and it's a waste of time walking around trying to find a bike that would actually scan The red area where you can't park is basically London, so you end up paying dearly the minutes you use the bike and you hold on on to it The bike is ok, but your stuff can very easily jump off the basket at the first hole because there is no shock absorption Too pricey for the hassle

Absolutely useless Help options. The location of the bikes isn't accurate, the location of the parking places changes so you are charged for parking somewhere where you had previously parked, and the help team don't respond to messages - for example, I'm currently on a 2 hour bike trip that actually only lasted 9 minutes, but I can't end it & I nobody has got back to me. Dissatisfied doesn't even begin to cover it.

Not useable. Most of London not covered. Lime bikes have a much better area, but crappier bikes. Sort it out Jump and I'll never use lime again. Update: how come lime is allowed in Fulham London and Jump are not? Don't use Jump as they fine you after every trip!!!

App sometimes doesn't respond when ending a ride so you will be overcharged. Will get charged a parking fee even though you weren't in a no parking zone. Customer Service is also nonexisitent. App needs to be more reliable especially when it's taking people's money.
