Excellent service when I made a mistake on the date of an advance ticket I had booked. Using WhatsApp the Runyon team immediately refunded me once I had booked another ticket for the correct date from and to the same stations. Da iawn!

Really easy to use and saves me loads of money. I've requested exchanges on tickets, and it's quick and easy. WhatsApp customer support is always helpful and responsive. Excellent Customer Service - a team that is quick to respond and deal with queries. I make quite a few journeys with TfW each month, so the monthly sub is well worth it for me.

Useless. Entered my departure station as Crossways and the Arrival Station disappeared from the option list. Then if you enter Ebbw Vale as a departure point Crossways station disappears as the arrival station. It is no good using this app if you can't choose the stations you travel between the most.

Awful UI, logo is a bus not a train, terrible idea to make the booking process mimic an AI chatbot, Welsh translation of app is proper iffy in places. If you screenshot your ticket you can add it to Google Wallet, so you don't have to open the app when you need it which is handy (might be a Pixel feature, I don't know), but there should be an option in the app to add to wallet. But 35% discount is still good, so I'll keep signing up for free trials to keep it because I won't be paying 😂
