Excellent app, and bus service. It's very handy being able to track the buses on the routes.

Really easy to see bus times and e-tickets via the app.

Use this to get to and from school, and it's very helpful for having mobile tickets and knowing where buses are and if they are delayed 5 stars!
★★☆☆☆Stephen Cooke· Jun 15, 2021
Faster than the old app but why do you need internet to activate tickets now??? We didn't on the old app
★☆☆☆☆Chrysa1is TYPE2000· Nov 6, 2023
This app is useless. It is useless because the konect bus 5B is ALWAYS cancelled, late, or just never shows up, and you are left waiting hours just to get the bus, so the timetable is pointless. It's got to a point where you'd be lucky to get a bus. This service is honestly tragic and abysmal. Absolute joke.
★☆☆☆☆Smirkin· Apr 25, 2024
Buses are often very inconsistent and the bus app often doesn't show the location of the bus or is inaccurate.
