★★★★★ Works without problems. Concerning connection issues: This app will only pair with Wi-Fi activated. As long as the in-flight hotspot is active and the phone connected to the network, the app will work. (For selecting the flight in the app, internet is necessary, but can be done in advance)

★★☆☆☆ App will not recognize when connected to Wi-Fi on Samsung Galaxy s23. Pairing with the in flight entertainment is non-functional.

★★☆☆☆ Worthless. It didn't connect to my device even thought I was logged in every Lufthansa page and app possible. I also connected to the in flight Wi-Fi (which also didn't work for anything and was a total waste of money). Don't waste your time with this.

★★☆☆☆ Purchased Wi-Fi to get this app and connect to my setback display. Companion app doesn't recognize that I'm on the plane's Wi-Fi. Wondering if ANYONE has gotten this to work...
