While this app appears to have a few minor bugs, their support was quick to respond. Friendly about recommendations I had made and overall a quality support experience. While the app works well, I have to agree that their email system to receiving both PAPS and PARS paperwork is less than impressive. Many times I have had to call in order to confirm they received the paperwork and then being told they did not receive it on the 4th or 5th time of me re-spending it. Regardless 5 stars for service.

This broker and app are garbage! Every time I go to Canada, I have to stop to email and fax my paperwork multiple times. When you call to complain. You are forced to talk to people that barely speak English. It would be great to be able to take pictures of the paperwork and send it with the app
