You can book, schedule and cancel journeys by tapping on your phone or tablet. And you can check out all your bookings at a glance.
You can book trips on the same day as well as in advance. We’ll display the trips that closely meet your needs, and you can select the one that’s best for you.
If you’ve registered an essential escort because you always need to travel with them, they’ll automatically be added to your journey.
If you want to travel with a friend or relative, it’s easy to add them to your journey.
You can review all the journeys you’ve booked, and cancel or amend them with a few clicks.
The app displays real-time information about your current or upcoming journeys, keeping you up to date with any delays or changed arrival times
We’ve designed the app to meet the needs of our customers. That means selecting fonts and backgrounds for easier reading, and including audio options to help people with impaired vision.

I definitely prefer it to emailing or calling. I also like that I can track it via GPS as it is coming closer to pick me up. I find the time windows a bit much where you could arrive an hour early but then either stay an hour longer or driver is even earlier than pick up window. Had an issue booking a return as it claimed I was on a journey during that time (that was my outward journey an hour previous)had to call in the end. The scheduling isn't super intuitive and a bit fiddly.

You do not know if you have a ride until the night before, leaving you in the lurch. If you do get a ride, the time is often changed without informing you. Otherwise, you might be expected to stay on the bus for an hour whilst other customers are picked up and dropped off though your journey would have been 5 minutes. And the app often doesn't work!!!

Worst app ever. If I could give a negative rating, I would. Doesn't let me set my address because my house has a name instead of a number, the location finder doesn't find my address for the same reason. It doesn't let me book a week in advance and just assumes I'm booking for tomorrow. It doesn't even let me choose the time. So if you want to dial a ride to pick you up from wherever it wants and take you wherever it wants at whichever day and time it chooses, then go for it.

Absolutely rubbish! Cancelled 3 bookings one after another. Now, the option for 'me' to cancel a booking won't open! Can't even find an option on the internet to cancel it. I have no option but to call the number and get extra charges on my phon network bill 🤥
