Edited: So after a few hiccups with the app (likely the switch over) now the apps up and running. Color me impressed. Half hour, daily monthly and I’m pay what I paid 2 price hikes back after that ridiculously expensive 6% raise. So I’m a happy camper. The service so far has been helpful, easy to change, and it's cheaper.🤷🏻♂️ it's cheaper. That's why I’m here but everything else is a bonus. As of writing probably check Lumo out for cheap electricity. Fingers crossed it keeps going smoothly.

Well been with you for years bit dearer solar panels cost a lot not much return for my cost but has gone up a lot but will stay with lumo rate 8

I paid my elec bill 25/6 and had no outstanding bills according to the app. Open up to check if new bills came through on 6/7 and apparently have an overdue gas bill by 3 days? App not showing bills correctly and 3 years later and 5 calls to Lumo I still don't receive anything by email.

Asked on FB where the reference number is located on my bill, so I can make a payment, and they person on FB is refusing to tell me. I can't see anything clearly stated at the top showing my a reference number, their website and billing service needs improvement

This was good but now it no longer shows daily, half-hourly or monthly data. It does show up-to-date usage for the whole billing cycle, but that's a bit useless. Cleared cache/data and reinstalled but still no good. Tried to email them but undeliverable.
