I have a savings in this bank through gcash gsave, now I cant withdraw it always got problem then they will tell you that I exceed the maximun otp request that's why they block my account. I don't even received the otp the first time I try withdrawing

Deduction of loan is from gcash may bank easy save, no record in the transaction history. Called the help line, they said I should open account in their app, did that but encountered an issue and said it will be resolved for max. 20 days. Loan due date have text reminder but no notif for deduction/payment made, they said it can be requested, I did but will take 10 to 15 days. Surely, that should be available in their system and generate within the day. Worst bank in my exp, no proper info to client
