I absolutely love Mazama bank. I could not have chosen a better bank. My friends tried to convince me to use mobile banking such as cash app and chime, but I wanted a real brick and mortar bank. Mazama is the best there is.

I used to love this banking app. It was so convenient, then they updated it to look like Windows 95 and your statement are all PDF's. It seems like they don't even have the current months transactions available anymore!? Edit: Okay this was my bad. I figured it out. You just hit the account you want, and then your monthly statements come up without needing to download the PDF. I don't know how I missed that. I'm back to living my online banking and being able to tell where all my money goes.

I'm rating a 1 because I'm tired of being asked if I want to rate the app. Why do I need to rate a banking app when the job is to just bank and manage money, which it does just fine?

I have to get a call every time I log on to get a code because my own personal phone comes up as unrecognized device. EVERY TIME you call with a 6-digit code and then talk as SLOW as they can. So want to check your balances real quick? NO! It'll take at least 5 minutes.

The notification option isn't even worth having you don't get real time notification whenever you swipe your card. And you don't get a notification for when they suspect fraud to verify the transaction. I use a website pretty consistently and every time they decline the transaction and if it's after business hours I can't get a hold of anybody, and I never get a text message or any notification to verify the transaction.
