I just opened an account at the Londonderry NH Branch. Chase Reilley is amazing. He was so kind when I was having difficulty completing some of the work on the computer. (I am 79) I kept apologizing, and he would keep saying that I was doing fine. I have worked in customer service Call centers all my working life. I know when I get good customer service. Chase is amazing. Saint Mary's Bank It's very lucky to have such a great employee. I am looking forward to working with my new bank.

Buggy as Heck. The app keeps forgetting my phone and I have resaved and rename my saved device every week or so....and you can't use the same name twice.

What a joke crooks that's what you are Not late on any payments but yet charged an extra fee to pay a bill either by talking to somebody online or whatever absolutely ridiculous All my bills have always been paid on time I could understand if I was late, and you wanted to charge me a late fee but if I pay my bill on time or early just because I am talking to you doesn't mean that you charge me more money so guess what you can't charge me any more money because you lost my account Good luck
