When it's time to upgrade your phone the only way you get a free phone is if you change your phone number I think that is so unfair when you've been with a company for so many years you have to change your numbers every time you turn around

I have spent over 20 hours on the phone in the last month trying to get them to remove this fraudulent phone line that one of your representatives told me after asking her multiple times if it would change my plan I was just calling in for an upgrade on my phone, and she told me to get this phone, and I said it's not going to change nothing on my account I asked her multiple times over 45 minutes, and she told me know everything's going to stay the same she lied and I have

I will be switching phone carriers. I paid the extra to top up the data, and through multiple techs and my account showing the deduction, I have no additional data. They took the money and didn't provide the service, so that alone is enough to say goodbye to Metro. It's theft. They told me I used up some of the data already in the last hour, but the web is still slow, YouTube doesn't play, it doesn't show that I even have additional data in my account.

I'm very disappointed with this app and phone calls. Can't get into the app without questions and more questions only not right and can't get on the app. 100 loopholes even though it's my account and my phone. Next, phone calls are no longer 24/7. This is totally not acceptable and wrong. I've been with Metro for 20 years you all. 🤬🤬🤬🤬😠😠😠😠😠

It sucks it never works when I called Metro told them the app doesn't work they said I need to delete the app and redownload it well I don't have that option. I always have to go to the website to pay my bill, and whatever else. I shouldn't have to though.
