Minicabs Hub is an excellent app! It’s really simple to use, and booking a ride takes no time at all. The drivers are always friendly and professional, and the prices are much cheaper than other taxi services I’ve used. I love that you can book in advance, and they even provide extras like child seats, which is a great bonus. Overall, a very reliable and affordable service—highly recommend it!

All was looking great initially. I booked an estate car (because I had 3 pieces of luggage) about 20 hours ahead of my trip and received email confirmation. Three hours before my pickup time, however, I received another email saying that a car wasn't available after all. I looked at the app again, thinking I could maybe pick another car. But the prices for the trip had doubled! Suffice to say, I used different travel arrangements

I had a few good experiences in the past, but in my last one, the driver got late because his car broke down. We arrived too late at the airport and missed the flight. I called Minicabs to see if they could make any amendments, but they have no such system in place, and I was let down with a "try calling again tomorrow, maybe a manager will be able to help".
