Does lots of useful things, but uses battery at a ridiculous rate. I had 25 hours typical battery life drop to seven hours after loading My Audible and using it all the time, making it effectively unusable. Even closing the app in the usual way, it lingers in the background somewhere, not closing Bluetooth connections, eating away at battery life. It has to have forced stop to get round this. A week after reporting this, it is fine and not consuming battery unduly, perhaps an update happened?

I have seen a lot of people saying that the app is affecting the Bluetooth on their android phone. I have had no problem at all with the app on my Google pixel 7 android phone. Perhaps I'm lucky for whatever reason, but it has worked like a charm for me. The activity monitor function has helped tremendously. I get accurate counting of thè steps I take every day, along with standing time and exercise time. My Fitbit watch lied to me in every way always counting too high. Do I'm grateful for this

This is my 2nd pair of Audible hearing aids and a little over a year old. They do not compair to my old pair. I received a notice in the mail, that a specialist from Audible would be at the office and check my ears for was and watch it on TV. When I got there the old owner of at least 20 years was gone. I never did get the test. He said what can I do for you. I will be ready for new aids, he said what do you want to spend, 4,5,6000. I didn't know the store was being taken over.

This app is shutting down and not working on my android phone. Most expensive hearing aid chosen, and it won't work!!!! USELESS!!!!

A $7.00 pair of ear buds work with my phone, yet a $6,000.00 pair of hearing aids won't stay connected. I don't understand this. I've reinstalled, cleared my cache, reconnected and still the hearing aids won't stay connected. Stopped trying to use the app all together. Hasn't worked since I purchased these hearing aids in January 2024. This has been a hot mess! NEVER again Audible or Starkey!!!!!

Apps rather useless since my so called $7,000 hearing aids with AI tech won't connect with my Android phone. It's like having a new car with a stereo system that doesn't work. Unless you have an Apple phone. The maker's of my hearing aids must be in bed with iPhone.
