Junk. I can't even cut grass and listen to music. Every time I turn at the end of a row they unmute. I will never buy these again. Edit: After several years and a new set of hearing aids, after several updates on the app, everything works great!

This seems to be a new version. I love it. Stays connected! I also use the tinnitus program which equally is staying connected. Good job team! I gave it 4 stars just in case they come up with something even better. Currently- 5 stars!!! Now I'm trying to figure out how to make the app "stay over other apps".

Install problem. Update available. Update failed. Troubleshooting. Reinstall app. App won't install. Samsung 25 Ultra. Surfing Starkey website for answers. UPDATE Found My Starkey app which mentioned Edge AI. Downloaded and installed before church. I thought I would Bluetooth connect hearing aids after church. After church opened an YouTube video about My Starkey app to learn more about it. Surprised to find my Livia Edge AI aids already connected to my phone. Also making Bluetooth phone cal.

I've had my hearing aid for 3 years with no issues. Now my phone routes all calls and notifications to my hearing aid or watch. I can't even transfer the hearing to my phone speaker during a call. I'm 65% deaf in the ear with my hearing aid, so I can't hear the ringtone or beeps in that ear. The hearing aid is used to assist the hearing in my other ear to help with headaches. How do I stop the routing of calls to my hearing aid.

I gave 1-star rating For 4 months The Bluetooth for my hearing aids & thrive app is not connecting I have to turn it off then on my hearing aids to try to connect my Bluetooth, it has not been working & I have to keep shutting it off & on about 4 or 5 time to get it to work When I watched videos on my phone one or the other My hearing aids keeps shutting them off, and I have to turn my hearing aid off & then turn it back on about 4 or 5 times
