This seems to be a new version. I love it. Stays connected! I also use the tinnitus program which equally is staying connected. Good job team! I gave it 4 stars just in case they come up with something even better. Currently- 5 stars!!! Now I'm trying to figure out how to make the app "stay over other apps".

Junk. I can't even cut grass and listen to music. Every time I turn at the end of a row they unmute. I will never buy these again. Edit: After several years and a new set of hearing aids, after several updates on the app, everything works great!

Terribly app. Only control is volume, and it doesn't want to connect to the aids even though Bluetooth is connected. Don't buy these aids if you already haven't.

I've had ongoing issues with my Starkey Livia 1200 hearing aids when connected to Bluetooth and the Thrive app. The sound repeatedly cuts in and out or noticeably changes, even when I'm not touching my phone or changing any settings. They are completely stable when Bluetooth is switched off. I've tried unpairing and re-pairing, but the problem persists. For hearing aids where Bluetooth is a key feature, this is extremely frustrating and makes the Bluetooth functionality effective

This app requires Android 7 but crashes on installation with Android 13. To update, I reinstalled and tried to install the new version. Impossible to install. Avoid the hearing aids products Starkey that require this app.
