It's new it takes a little bit of getting used to, but it's great I hear wonderfully especially if I put it on from watching TV on TV or fun do you want to meet and greet I put it on a different setting, so it's wonderful, thank you I do apologize that was supposed to say I attended a meet and greet it was wonderful I heard everything so clearly. I have to go and get an upgrade on my phone so that I can download the full app I don't think it all downloaded just part of it because my phone does not

Hi I need more control over the volume via Bluetooth It's too loud on the lowest setting. Its annoying I wish I could disconnect my phone for audio and just use it to control the hearing aids then. Ok I'll do that. If you could provide finer control of stream audio in the future thanks

I almost gave a 2-star review. Just got hearing aids and Bluetooth wasn't working even though everything looked good on the phone's BT. What fixed it was showing my wife how to charge them. Only issue left is the volume control isn't very good. I slide the volume bar to where I want it, but it slides back to where it was, making me think it isn't working. It eventually gets there, though.

I've got Starkey hearing aids, but the app says they aren't compatible. No help or suggestions to what else to do, so uninstalled.

They stopped updating the app to work with my hearing aids...... So now I have to buy new ones.... That is a ridiculous money grab!!!

Since the last update they won't stay connected to my phone. Constantly turning Bluetooth off then back on to reconnect hearing aids.
