When the hearing aid "disconnects" go to settings on your device. Find the Star Key app. Open App Info scroll down to Storage, tap to open, tap Clear Cache. Return to Home screen. If the doesn't reconnect then follow the steps above and tap Clear Data. Note this might require you to re-set up your hearing aids. If you can't get to work contact your provider. I routinely clear the cache on the app to get out ahead of this issue.

Hearing aids disconnect all the time after riding in my vehicles. Even though my phone is not pared to them. Have to repair them with the app. Very frustrating.

My only problem is I couldn't pair them to my phone until I read a review explaining how to put them in pairing mode. The app shows how on the help section why doesn't that show on the pairing screen when it is needed. Fewer disgruntled people I would think. Please.

Just got Starkey hearing aids a few days ago... need the app to control some features, which is annoying as hell. App won't even connect to them ("no devices available"), despite repeated attempts. So I'm already regretting choosing Starkey hearing aids, especially after reading the reviews.

Since 1 Apr 26 update the ring and notification sounds keep muting independently of anything I'm doing. That means I'm missing incoming phone calls which normally stream straight to my Genesis AI24 wCIC. I keep checking the volume for the various sounds and often the ring and notifications are muted without any input by me. Sometimes they are at the correct levels. Not hearing incoming call streaming to my aids is of paramount importance
