My only problem is I couldn't pair them to my phone until I read a review explaining how to put them in pairing mode. The app shows how on the help section why doesn't that show on the pairing screen when it is needed. Fewer disgruntled people I would think. Please.

I almost gave a 2-star review. Just got hearing aids and Bluetooth wasn't working even though everything looked good on the phone's BT. What fixed it was showing my wife how to charge them. Only issue left is the volume control isn't very good. I slide the volume bar to where I want it, but it slides back to where it was, making me think it isn't working. It eventually gets there, though.

It's new it takes a little bit of getting used to, but it's great I hear wonderfully especially if I put it on from watching TV on TV or fun do you want to meet and greet I put it on a different setting, so it's wonderful, thank you I do apologize that was supposed to say I attended a meet and greet it was wonderful I heard everything so clearly. I have to go and get an upgrade on my phone so that I can download the full app I don't think it all downloaded just part of it because my phone does not

Since the last update they won't stay connected to my phone. Constantly turning Bluetooth off then back on to reconnect hearing aids.

I've got Starkey hearing aids, but the app says they aren't compatible. No help or suggestions to what else to do, so uninstalled.

I am with many other users of these hearing aids and this app.... they constantly disconnect from my phone, even while I am streaming a television program, I have to "force stop" the app for them to reconnect. You have to be extremely cautious how you place the hearing aids in the charging dock, or you will find them totally uncharged when you need them. Don't bother trying to contact them If you are reading this and have an option to purchase a different brand.... I very strongly suggest you do
