Tiamat's internet packages are extremely expensive and offer poor value for money. In my opinion, it is one of the worst telecom networks in Afghanistan. Despite the limited internet speed and quality, customers are forced to pay very high prices. Internet services in Afghanistan are already much more expensive than in neighboring countries, yet companies like Tiamat continue to charge excessive rates without providing reliable and affordable services. People deserve better connectivity,

I wouldn't have even given one star if I could. The biggest problem is you can't even use the app without having an Internet connection, so what's the point? It's a major design flaw that the app requires an internet connection when its most critical job is helping you get back online. It is incredibly frustrating to be locked out of the very app you need to buy data just because you don't have data. NOT RECOMMENDED!
