I really enjoy the app. I find it easy enough to use and navigate. The only issue for me is whenever I do a Samsung required update, the app doesn't work for opening gates. Please fix urgently. This is the second time this has happened.

UPDATE: Thanks My Estate Life for the fast turn around and resolving my problem. Very happy with the app but for the last month I haven't received any notifications of visitors arriving or leaving. It is very frustrating. I have even checked all my settings on my phone.

Generally a great app, but the recent update was a major step backwards in terms of UX. The visitors tab used to work really well in terms of pinning visitors and also remembering visitor type. Now pins are limited, and when I select a pinned company visitor it always defaults to treating it as a person which means I need to retoggle it back to company. If you guys could fix these UX issues it'd be a 5-star app in my opinion. Edit: Developers addressed the issues, and so I've updated to 5 stars.

Not sure what the point of this app is. Every time a guest checks in, even if you select a multiple day visit, they have to go through the same ID scan process every time they re-enter, sometimes even waiting in a queue.

This app doesn't work on CellC network, it fails to connect especially on rainy days. Also, you have to constantly set the date time to create a visitor pass, why is that not automated

Absolutely terrible app. Takes so long to load just to enter and exit the estate by QR code. The news section just crashes the app, and it randomly uses huge amounts of mobile data every now and then when I open it.
