While the lockers are useful, this app is unnecessary and only there so they can charge you for locker usage. I'd rather pick my parcels up at the mail office than pay to have it sit in a locker that I have run into so many issues accessing.

User experience is terrible. My housemate registered and I registered but we each got a different account for the same address so sometimes my parcel would be in my housemate's account and I wouldn't get notified. But we would forward the link so I can collect mine. Today I missed collecting my parcel so I had to pay 2.5$ to buy a token but apparently the parcel is not even tied to my account so I have to ask my housemate to pay for it otherwise it will just keep accumulating fees.
