Good app with plenty of good discounts and good value. Only issue is that the Daily Offers aren't always available at convenient times and can run out very quickly. Other than that, a very good app and service and would recommend to everyone entitled to it.

Awful to navigate, broken links, won't close on back function, top up card link takes you to another top up card link.... If your company uses Fantail, you'll have to register using your work email. This then means notifications all go to your work email, including payment confirmations. I don't want those emails going to my work email. There should be a way to send Fantail to colleagues without just using their work email. The whole MSS experience is poor and hardly worth the small discounts.

Used to be quite good, although it wouldn't save my payment address, and I had to enter it each time. Also had to enter my card details every time otherwise it wouldn't authorize payment. Lately however it started logging me out and now won't allow me to log back in. Even changing the password it doesn't work. This app is now useless to me.

Ok but the app will not save address details on checkout which is a real irritation, and trying to enter an amount for purchase is haphazard at best. Entering the last two digits manually moving the curser in front of them, a full stop and then manually moving the curser in front of that full stop to enter the first digits seems to be the easiest way not to spend £1000. I have also received a message telling me my purchase has failed, to then try again and find that I have been billed twice!
