I've recently had unfortunate circumstances that have led me to be hospitalized for over two of the last four years. That said, due to the number of stays at different hospital's and many different conditions and reasons for being hospital ridden, I've had genuine reasons to read certain discharge notes outlining important details pertaining to each visit/medical condition and this app provides the ability to easily navigate and find answers to my queries.

I can't use this App. I was already signing into My Chart with another email. I'm not changing now. Why are they pushing my Gmail to sign in. I made the choice of my other email, when My Chart became available. If I have to go through all this, just to have this App or to keep My Chart, I will Uninstaller everything. Cancel My Chart too. There has been ongoing problems with My Chart. I call or send messages, nobody responds. Or they pass my problem on to others, but still no solutions.

Great when it works but rarely ever does. Most of the time the app is a blank screen, or, refuses to load my reports / lab results. The screen constantly freezes. It is a great tool. Too bad it has so many problems.

Wants to access sensitive information in my Goggle account. Blocked by Google and does not open

My phone won't even open the app whatsoever. Error message reads as follows: "SOMETHING WENT WRONG WITH MYCHART closed because this app has a bug. Try updating this app after the developer provides a fix for this issue." I'm not sure what more information I can provide for the issue other than device specs that I can provide in support chat.
