When the app first launched, and I promoted this app for reliability and user-friendly and never had bugs, but now its one of the worst self-care app, and I am really disappointed, FYI-No matter how disappointed the customer and escalate the issue to top most responsible person, I know you guys never ever going to try to understand the issue or fix it completely. Dialog doesn't care at all about mobile customers' coz they do have bigger clients to attend in other services apart from Mobile

Horrible app, constantly crashes. It claims that my phone doesn't meet the security standards of the app, when it has never been bootloader nor cracked nor has a custom ROM moreover it also says that it has no IMSI number which makes no sense to me, honestly a horrible, vibe coded app. I never give reviews to anything and this is my first time even putting a review. You all are making the choice to switch to hutch even easier

Hi. after the last update my dialog app not working properly. Also, our side coverage and signal very week. Please fix this coverage issue to our side as soon as possible.
