I don't normally leave 1-star reviews, so this might be the first! Easily the most frustrating service app I've used!! Dialog, it's time that you all looked into core functionality without all the cosmetic UI updates that you keep pushing from time to time. Please focus on making the app simple and straightforward! We just want to pay bills, change plans, add data etc.! Why'd you think that we would want to use dialog AI to make images or come to the app to play games??!?

I have an issue in the regarding the displayed data balance. On the home screen/dashboard, the balance shown in the data section is incorrect. However, when I tap the balance card and open the detailed balance page, the displayed data balance is correct.

This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. It lags all the time, loads slowly, and often has connection issues. The user experience is poor, and the app needs significant improvements for.
