It's not clear you have to upload at least two photos. It's not easy to say where the issue is on your body. If you voice text, you don't get capital letters at the beginning of your sentences.

When a case is "diagnosed" I have no option to reply. In my case, the dermatologist completely ignored what medication I was already on and gave treatment that I was already doing (which wasn't working). I am forced to go back to my GP. I don't know of it's the dermatologist fault or the apps, but each time I've had to wait 4 or 5 days before a reply (instead of the 3-day limit). The app has caused extreme distress. The only option to contact anyone is through the generic email.

My mother, 91, was sent this app to use which is a joke in itself. Luckily, she has tech-savvy children. Took ages to input all the info, including general stuff that is on her NHS records, then trying to take clear photos and uploading them. Upshot? Photos not good enough, detailed instructions received about lighting, drawing round the images etc. Have given up and reverted to GP. I pity those poor elderly people who have no one to look out for them.

Not impressed by the app. It crashes constantly and couldn't submit the case, but it didn't give any error. I later found out that something was missing, but no help from the app.

Difficult to put photos into system. Even more difficult to take photos as I live alone with no relatives living near.
