The app made it so easy to plan our holiday with Neilson in Greece. Being able to book activities, check hotel info, and see the kids club boards all in one place was brilliant. It really improved our experience—highly recommend!

Much worse than the old paper system. Hard to navigate. Back button highly inconsistent. Very hard to see what's happening across the resort, what's on now etc. Unclear whether you've booked onto something, or whether you'll just find a message 3 days later in the app because it doesn't use Android system notifications. Notifications also don't take you anywhere useful when clicked, and once clicked are lost forever. Maybe it's teething problems, but it's a huge downgrade from pen and paper.

Neilsons activity App not compatible with my phone... Now that these are app based holidays, so do not go on one unless you have a compatible phone. But Neilson does not tell you which phone you need to come on their Holidays. They do not even tell you that a phone is required until you have paid and got there, and it's too late. I was there last week and could only lay on beach. Not what I come on an activity holiday for.

The main problem with this app is that it's really difficult to see what you are actually booked on. It needs some sort of calendar function that shows what you have booked onto or a "my bookings" function. Also, if you are going to rely on an app, you need to make sure that the Wi-Fi within all the resort is good enough and not subject to bandwidth issues and drop-outs.
