There are three problems as of 1-16-20; The app doesn't update the additional wait time, etcetera, it suddenly crashes, and cannot handle more than one user such as driver and dispatcher.

There are three problems as of 1-16-20; The app doesn't update the additional wait time, etcetera, it suddenly crashes, and cannot handle more than one user such as driver and dispatcher. Also, as chuck noted and probably most importantly it doesn't accept orders into the text box resulting in no orders found.

I have arrived and have arrived buttons are redundant having two of them and then all the pictures are ridiculous. I have never used an app for my route that requires 40 pictures taken. I have 10 stops on my route that I pick up from, and it's taking all night long with all that picture taking. Is there a way to cut some of the picture taking out. The barcode scanner has a problem to that needs to be looked at
