Comments on Norton Device Care - with Nort for Android

★★★★★ I think the process of downloading Norton Device Care was pretty simple. I feel better knowing I have this extra layer of protection.

★★★★★ Everything Norton is the best of the best when it comes to protecting the security of your expensive electronic devices. With this one, your device is also protected against screen damage. Norton just keeps getting better, offering the ultimate protection for a pleasantly reasonable price. App works seamlessly without draining battery or slowing down your processes. I've got everything Norton offers in all my devices, mobile and land based.

★★★★★ I have been using Norton products since the 1990s, and they continue to be the best.

★★★★★ Trying to report a cracked screen; unable to check box to agree and start the process.

★★☆☆☆ I spoke to 15 reps about this. One directed me to a vendor because Norton doesn't maintain the app. The phone rang for 3 minutes. When I went to cancel they said I would lose use of this app. Norton simply doesn't care about support.

★★☆☆☆ The screen protector plan is a scam. The app will not allow me to upload my receipt, therefor I cannot file a claim. No one responds to the support email. There is an infinite hold with no answer (over 1 hr)at the telephone support number. They clearly want to make sure you cannot file your claim. Norton Chat support and general telephone support both refused to help me. Terrible company!!
