I spoke to 15 reps about this. One directed me to a vendor because Norton doesn't maintain the app. The phone rang for 3 minutes. When I went to cancel they said I would lose use of this app. Norton simply doesn't care about support.

The screen protector plan is a scam. The app will not allow me to upload my receipt, therefor I cannot file a claim. No one responds to the support email. There is an infinite hold with no answer (over 1 hr)at the telephone support number. They clearly want to make sure you cannot file your claim. Norton Chat support and general telephone support both refused to help me. Terrible company!!
