PLEASE work on the app. I was selected for a shift, and I can't even get to the shift to confirm! This is ridiculous!! I restarted my phone and Wi-Fi. Finally, decided to try the other apps to see if it was my phn/Wi-Fi and it opened flawlessly.

App crashes more times than not. Takes a very long time to load and often result in a "parse error." Have uninstalled and reinstalled many times. Despite being set up for notifications, I stopped receiving them months ago for available shifts, making, so I uave to login in throughout the day to see if new shifts. Please fix this!

Where are all the orientation shifts to be able to pick up at these facilities? I did all the orientation paperwork, spent hours and paid several hundred $ for the Mandatory ACLS class a facility required, SUBMITTED It all and then instantly the next day all orientation shifts DISAPPEARED! No way to get shifts or get oriented until the facility decides to open up orientation shifts. It's been 2 months. I'm out hundreds of $ & ND can't ask them to orient me? Meanwhile, shifts go unclaimed.
