This APP provides the right information to coach my guided nutrition clients by having the data they input to correct and give the right coaching to create better habits in the nutritional choices. My clients love it and are getting results! I highly recommend this APP. Very easy to use. Also connects to my heart rate Monitor and body fat scale.

The app struggles to connect to the heart monitor and scale far too often. When it works it's great but when it doesn't there is no rhyme or reason, and it can be incredibly frustrating to have to fiddle with the heart monitor before starting a workout or weigh on the scale 3 to 5 times to get a reading to register.

Does not pull Garmin watch data, even though it seems to recognize that the watch is there. No request for permissions to pull data from Garmin.

This app DOES NOT like to work with Android phones. Doesn't like to connect with my zone. You have to go in hope it links and all this other stuff or go back later and manually put in your workout from your my zone app. About the only thing it does right is helps you communicate with your coach. I'm highly disappointed and aggravated.

It's great when it works. Often times the app doesn't open or certain functions like taking and adding photos don't work. The home page is nice and the status are front and center. I like this part because it serves as a constant reminder. If your competitive, they have an additional feature to compare your results with others.
