Comments on Okotoks Transit On Demand for Android

★★★★★ Jocelyn Ulep · Mar 25, 2021

This transport is always on time. Their service is amazing, it's a great help for us. Thank you Kooks transit.

★★★★☆ Tammy Duncan · Dec 21, 2025

Overall im very satisfied with the service the drivers are great and most will joke around with you which is great. My issue is booking times lately you can't find a ride and the times I need to not work with the new fixed route which in my opinion is silly as it doesn't help everyone as most people need to walk to use it.

★★★★★ Manan Pathak · Nov 8, 2022

Amazing Service.!! All drivers are very friendly and Very Cooperative. Your Team is really awesome. Thanks for such a wonderful experience.!!

★★☆☆☆ Andrea B · Dec 5, 2024

They are a good service, but almost impossible to book. Even 2 weeks in advance I am unable to book a ride. I would give a much higher rate if I didn't need to check regularly in the off chance I might score a bus. I would rather a complete bus service for the town. What the provide is great, when you can get it... which is about 20%of the time for me. Also, I wish they would stop giving Calgary locations on their map before any Kooks ones!!

★☆☆☆☆ Crystal Walker-Woods · May 26, 2022

If it wasn't for the excellent bus drivers, that this company mistreats, they wouldn't have a business at all. They refuse to believe their algorithm has issues, even though algorithms are created by humans, not sure where they found the perfect human or why that perfect human isn't making all the algorithms. They have a ton of rules they don't tell you about until you have a problem, so they don't actually have to fix anything. You also have to be perfect and know exactly when you need the bus.
