It is workable now and UI is smooth and running faster, but some more features are needed like call history, missed call alert etc. In complain section, a different section "other" is needed to submit other service related issue of a particular connection. Overall ok, but more improvement is required.

Very GOOD VERY NICE IN TILAIKUDA, [DEMERARA, CHHATTISGARH, INDIA] But Only Siddharth Verma can use BSNL Sim in Tilaikuda.

BSNL has improved so much over time. I've been using BSNL since the 3G era in 2023, and now with the 4G era, it's much better than before. I have a request for BSNL: please add authentication types PAP & CHAP in the APN settings. This will improve the experience for all BSNL users. I tried both without PAP & CHAP and with PAP & CHAP. With PAP & CHAP, VoLTE works in most areas and while traveling, whereas without it, VoLTE doesn't work and the network is also worse.
New BSNL self APP is not ok AND Not WORKING, can't add my broadband/landline number not even prepaid number

I often face problems while charging. Check yourself select number which is not the primary but other added numbers, go to view pack-> queued pack mobile number showing your intended number, but the instant you press buy now it will change to the primary number, if you charge it without noticing it, primary number will get charged, it happened to me many times, including today. Mob ending with 7171 is primary ending with 6936 is intended. Charge queuing often destroys running long term plans.

Please fix the recharge logic in your app and system. I had 2 weeks left on my Rs. 1999 plan and decided to pre-recharge with the Rs. 2399 annual plan, so it would line up. However, the system instantly activated the new plan, completely overriding and wasting my remaining days on the old plan. BSNL needs to implement a plan-queuing feature like other telecom operators do. Right now, customers are being penalized and losing money just for trying to recharge in advance. Fix this loophole.

PATHETIC, WHY YOU MAKING YOUR CUSTOMER FOOL, MOST THIRD CLASS APP, NOTHING IS OPERATIONAL IN APP AND BSNL SERVICE. 18 TIME, I COMPLAINT IN CUSTOMER CARE, NO ONE SOLVE MY ISSUE. I PAID MY POSTPAID BILL ONLINE SELF CARE APP, MY ACCOUNT DEBITED BUT BSNL NOT GIVING ME RECEIPT. NO ONE SOLVING MY PROBLEM. THEY SEND ME CLOSER NOTICE FOR NOT PAYING BILL. BSNL IS TOTALLY CARELESS. BSNL SELF CARE FAKE ADVERTISEMENT, NO COMPLAINT ACCEPTED ONLINE, WESTED MY TIME, TRIDE 48 TIME TO LODGE MY COMPLAINT HOPELESS.

I decide to Re port to other Network than BSNL Because of No network, essential call drops, Delayed essential Otp and non connectivity of calling.
