There is no need for this app if I have to go to a station just to reserve places for me and my companion using our reduced rates, each has his own reduced rate membership card. Maybe when adding a companion make the companion approve the connection and apply his reduced rate automatically.

The worst services ever ! Paid a ticket to spend 2h on pure he'll hot day and no air conditioning works, we called the client services they said they will bring someone to fix it, no one come, we carried our heavy bags searching all the way to the end of the train after the first stop, people come for their places we had to move again, we called again they said you can write a complaint, but this isn't the first time this is like the 10th, no one ever replied to the complaints

Always crashing, don't devs in oncf know how to do regression tests, you're treating the app and website like your test environment
