Cancelled train but no way to refund. They said I would get an email. Nothing came. Would not recommend this app. 😕

Changed to 1 star as I spotted what I would consider a serious design flaw. When selecting the Open Return tab the default ticket has previously always been a 1-month Open Return. As expected. HOWEVER, sometimes the system will default to a DAY RETURN. It apparently is then up to the customer to notice that the system has not offered them the ticket type they requested. As an Open Return is NOT a Day Return and this I feel needs to be altered as looking online this is a common complaint.

Do not used to buy a ticket for anywhere, the ticket does not even come through to your mailbox usually for hours after, what use is this when buying a ticket for train the same day? On top of this you can't even refund your ticket on the same day as purchase, like other users have said absolutely avoid and only buy from the railway operators

Default to USD while I am in the UK (bad conversion rate), AND didn't prompt for buying a railcard when using USD (bypassing discount). And tickets unrefundable. I feel so sick.
