This app is easy to navigate through. However, I would like to see the capability of being notified immediately when transactions are done using my debit/credit card... with this app, there is a delay in receiving notice, and it doesn't tell me the amount. I have to sign on to the app and search for the transactions.

Update: Still thrilled with the OCU app. My experiences using the OCU app have been very positive. I am grateful it has clear navigation, and has not crashed on me during use. I have been able to accomplish transactions in the app as I did on my laptop.

Love most of the features except the online Deposit option, I have only used it maybe 10 times, and every time it was difficult to satisfy the app for a deposit, namely the pictures, otherwise love the app and Orlando Credit.

I love my Credit Union, but they've been having digital banking issues lately. I thought it was a one-off, but now it's happening again. I am trying to stay loyal, but might have to look to another banking institution if it continues...fix your issues team!
