I finally got logged in and tried to upload claim documentation. After allowing camera permissions I took the photo only to get told it had to be a PDF. Left the app to try to get a PDF and was not able to log in again.

Won't take my receipt uploads. Even if a take them with the camera in the App. If they're digital it says they are the wrong format and need to be a PDF even if it is a PDF.

I am finding it impossible to use. First, there isn't an "upload claim/documentation" button on their menu tab to upload my saved PDF. Second, when I try to "add receipt" in account activity; my photo, screenshot and saved photo are all rejected for not being a PDF. I'm not sure what else to try.
