This app is seriously garbage. The ticket scanner hardly ever works. And when you try to enter a Second Chance Drawing by ticket scan, it doesn't read it and then locks you out when you enter the number manually. With as much money going into PA Lottery, one would think they could have developed a more sophisticated app. Fix the scanner, please!

You have a better chance to hit the actual lottery then winning anything decent on this app with online play. Plenty of money wasted and will not be doing it again.
