Edited: The new update in excellent and it's a very good service and application. Also, customer service by WhatsApp and email very supportive. Really appreciated. Previously: very bad processing and hanging.

Not recommended at all. The app is not practical or usable. Strict and unrealistic policies like the 6-month QID validity make it usable only part of the year. They require storing high-limit credit cards but only provide a very low limit (QAR 3,000) with no flexibility (cannot combine cash + installments). Customer service is ineffective (AI/WhatsApp only, no real support). Overall, poor user experience and not worth sharing sensitive financial data
